Silver Star Resort is located on a sunny plateau of the Okanagan Highland. The mountain has two distinct faces with Vance Creek’s immaculately groomed cruising runs and Putnam Creek’s thrilling black diamond runs. The Alpine Meadows quad chair will take you to hidden powder stashes and gladed skiing in the Attridge area. The focal point of Silver Star is the colourful mid-mountain village, built in the style of an 1890’s western Canadian mining town. The many other winter activities on offer include ice-skating, snow-shoeing, tubing, snowmobiling and Nordic skiing. A dual mountain liftpass allows you to ski both Silver Star and Big White.
Free Guided Tours: Free guided tours depart from the Village Centre every day at 9.30am and 1.15pm. It is a great opportunity to get to know the mountain and your "Snow host" is available for all abilities.

GETTING THERE & GETTING AROUND
Getting There: Silver Star Resort is located on a sunny plateau of the Okanagan Highland. Kelowna’s International Airport is located just over an hours shuttle journey from the resort. Contact Value Tours for the best available airfares from Australia to Kelowna. Shuttle transfers or a rental car can easily be prebooked with your Value Tours package.
Getting Around: From Silver Star you can experience Big White Ski Resort for the day using the inter-mountain day trip shuttle (paid direct) and your dual mountain liftpass (included). Most of the accommodation locations are ski in/ski out but if required, a Resort Shuttle operates every half hour between accommodation and the slopes.
